چکیده
Location aware computing is an up and coming topic within mobile computing research. As the fundamental pieces necessary for location aware computing become more prevalent in society its use can become more individualized to various users and environments. However several research questions still exist within the area of location aware computing including privacy, security, portability and definitive algorithms that work best both indoors and out. This report is a survey of location aware computing combined with a proposal on interesting topics to integrate into the classroom and potential projects involving building location aware applications.
